What

Footer redesign — key hints regrouped into full-width labelled sections (move / edit / fields / board), gaps distributed so the block spans the whole pane instead of a fixed 42 cols.
Global view — dims the keys that are inert in the read-only aggregate (add/edit/delete/fields/save/undo…), leaving only live ones bright.
Bottom bar — a new last footer line: linked jwarykowski/shepherd (OSC 8) flush-left, version flush-right, over a muted dashed divider.
--version — prints the version and exits. Read from the embedded herdr-plugin.toml (go:embed), so the binary and manifest can't drift.

Test

go build ./... && go test ./... green.
TestView updated for the new footer strings.
shepherd --version → shepherd 0.3.0.
