    First alpha of Shepherd's agents. It's for testing, built from the pro branch, and not in the stable release.

    brew install jwarykowski/tap/shepherd-alpha   # brings drover too; replaces shepherd
shepherd agents setup

    New

    • @ (or shepherd go <ref>) sends a task to your coding agent (Claude Code or Codex). Runs wait for your go, and each one works in its own worktree and branch.
    • R opens the agents view: every run, one row per thread, with l for the log, o for the pull request, and t to take over the conversation.
    • Retries and follow-ups resume the same conversation on the same branch.
    • Pro: shepherd agents add github <owner/repo> and shepherd agents add webhook <service> (Sentry, Linear, Datadog, Alertmanager or any service), plus agents secret, agents sources and agents actions.
    • shepherd pro activate <key> and shepherd pro status.

    Webhook sources need the relay, which isn't deployed yet.
