Rounds out the editor loop — read/triage, capture, and install sanity — all pure (no deps), all over the existing shepherd CLI.

commands

:ShepherdList — pick an item via vim.ui.select (uses your dressing/snacks/telescope-ui-select UI, or the built-in menu), then done/undone/rm. Reads list --json.
:ShepherdCapture — current line → todo; visual mode → selection. Strips comment markers + TODO:/FIXME: and pre-fills the add prompt.
:Shepherd {filter} — optional arg overrides the configured filter for that open.
:checkhealth shepherd — asserts the binary is on $PATH, reports its path.

internal

Shared run() helper for CLI calls (notify on error, optional success msg); add() now routes through it.
label()/capture guard nil category/priority (empty fields are omitted from list --json).
