scripts/notices.sh looks for notice* files in each module, which also matches Go sources such as keybars' own notices.go. keybars Pro, which depends on keybars, picked it up as a licence file. Go files are now skipped. keybars' own THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md is unchanged, since none of its dependencies has such a file.
