:KeybarsRun, :KeybarsFocus, the error key and the statusline component aren't about herdr, so they move to keybars.nvim, for anyone with keybars Pro. herdr.nvim keeps :HerdrSend and :HerdrFocus, and its README points to keybars.nvim.

This removes the keybars option outright, since nothing uses it yet. Merge it once keybars.nvim is published, so the link works.

Tested: stylua, luacheck, and busted (10 specs).
