The repo doubles as a Neovim plugin: require("herdr-pomodoro").status() returns 🍅 12:34, ☕ 3:10, ⏸ or "", and .state() the decoded state file. Reads the file at most once a second; no herdr call.

Moved here from jwarykowski/herdr.nvim#1 so the state format and its reader live together. CI now also runs stylua, luacheck and busted on Neovim stable and nightly.
