An mcp action adds keybars-pro mcp to Claude Code at user scope, so an agent can light keys itself. If it's already there, it says so; with no Claude Code, it points to the CLI page for other agents. Codex and Gemini aren't installed here to check their mcp add syntax.

The README also points to herdr.nvim's keybars side.

Tested: make check, including a new mcp_test against a fake claude.
