Hooks now use keybars Pro's GitHub event names: pull_request.merged, pull_request.closed, ci.running (new: fires when checks start), ci.passed, ci.failed, review.approved and review.changes_requested.

A hook can pass the event straight on with keybars-pro notify -source github, and any GitHub rule plays it, including the marketplace's GitHub packs. herdr-keybars' setup links them all.

This is a breaking change to hook names, made outright since nothing uses the plugin yet. It needs keybars-pro#48 for -source.

Tested: shellcheck.

Hooks are named pull_request.merged, pull_request.closed, ci.running,
ci.passed, ci.failed, review.approved and review.changes_requested, as
keybars Pro's GitHub events, so a hook can pass them to keybars-pro
notify -source github and any GitHub rule plays them. ci.running is new:
it fires when checks start.
