• zoxide replaces zsh-z; fzf-tab for tab completion
• shell functions: herdr layouts (hdl, hds, hdlm, hsl), worktrees (gwa, gwd), ssh reconnect, port forwards (fip, lip, dip), rsync watchers (rsw, lsw, dsw)
• hyprland: cliphist clipboard overlay, scratchpad, night light, satty annotation, region recording, colour picker, ocr
• hyprland fixes: reload via hyprctl reload, animations use curve, focus/move directions are l/r/u/d
• mise manages node, ruby, go, bun, uv, java, dotnet, npm globals and cocoapods (replaces fnm, rbenv and curl installers); warns on missing project tools
• herdr: todo agent popup moves to prefix+alt+t, freeing prefix+shift+d for close_workspace
• git: rerere, rebase autoSquash/autoStash, untrackedCache
• ci: zsh -n job
• berkeley mono via fontconfig on linux; ghostty uses the font family
• tmux config moved to archive/; unfold-stow.sh removed
• forgejo-cli (fj) on mac

- swap zsh-z for zoxide; load fzf-tab for tab completion
- herdr layouts (hdl, hds, hdlm, hsl), worktrees (gwa, gwd), ssh
  reconnect, port forwards (fip, lip, dip), rsync watchers (rsw, lsw, dsw)
- install lazydocker, tldr, uv, yt-dlp; drop flameshot on fedora
- hyprland: cliphist clipboard overlay, scratchpad, night light,
  satty annotation, region recording, colour picker, ocr
- git: rerere, rebase autoSquash/autoStash, untrackedCache
- ci: zsh -n and qmllint jobs

feat: manage runtimes with mise, archive tmux, use berkeley mono everywhere ... 630352702f

- mise replaces fnm, rbenv, the bun and fnm installers, brew go/uv and
  npm -g: node, ruby, go, bun, uv, java, dotnet, npm globals, cocoapods
- mise warns on missing project tools and installs on command not found
- move .tmux.conf to archive/tmux; drop tmux, tpm and their update step
- drop stale deno, go, dotnet, java and opencode paths from zshrc.local
- build cliphist and satty after rust and mise on fedora
- fontconfig maps monospace to berkeley mono; linux ghostty uses the
  family rather than only its regular face
- remove the one-off unfold-stow.sh migration

fix: reload hyprland via hyprctl, drop the qml ci job ... a635079fe8

hl.dsp has no reload dispatcher, so the call failed and stopped binds.lua loading. qmllint without quickshell's types only reported unresolved imports and took 20 minutes on the runner's mirror.

feat(herdr): move the todo agent popup to prefix+alt+t ... 078dc9409b

Frees prefix+shift+d for herdr's default close_workspace.

fix(hypr): use curve for animations and l/r/u/d directions ... 0de4f2d441

hl.animation names its curve with curve, not bezier, and focus/move take l/r/u/d rather than left/right/up/down.
