Summary

Merges origin/master into this old branch (its own commits were already fully absorbed into master via #1/#2/#3 — this merge resolves that history, net diff is just the lockfile)
:Lazy update bump: mason-lspconfig, mini.diff, nvim-lspconfig, nvim-shepherd, nvim-treesitter, nvim-treesitter-context, vim-herdr-navigation

Test plan

nvim starts clean, :Lazy shows no pending updates
