Summary

Dedupe the byte-identical ghostty lackluster theme into common/ (was duplicated across mac/ and linux/)
Remove common/.config/ai/ (unused prompt templates + gemini token)
Add repo-local .gitignore (distinct from common/.gitignore, which is stowed out as ~/.gitignore), fix .gitconfig indentation, restore disk-report's executable bit
Update README structure tree to match actual repo layout
nvim: bind vim.lsp.buf.rename (was unbound), lazy-load ts-error-translator.nvim on ft, drop a hardcoded per-project jestConfigFile from neotest-jest, ensure gopls installs alongside the treesitter go parser
