  • mini.statusline: add shepherd todo-count section with async redraw
  • nvim-shepherd: switch filter to per-repo board, add stats/boards keymaps
  • herdr: command palette and plugin manager keybinds, priority agent sort
  • zshrc: sonarqube-cli on PATH
