overview

herdr integration + nvim/shepherd tooling + housekeeping across the dotfiles.

changes

herdr: stow ~/.config/herdr config; install via scripts; swap nvim tmux-nav plugin for vim-herdr-navigation (<C-hjkl> falls through to herdr panes). README notes herdr as the agent multiplexer.
shepherd: stowed config.toml + SHEPHERD_CONFIG env; nvim-shepherd plugin spec (<leader>T board, add/list/capture, lazy=false so :checkhealth shepherd resolves). README overview entry. todo.md/archive.md gitignored (data, not config).
nvim: treesitter main-branch API, eslint LSP, markdown tweaks; .luacheckrc + .luarc.json (declare vim/Snacks globals — silences lua_ls/luacheck noise when editing configs outside nvim).
tooling: install luacheck (brew + dnf); delta side-by-side, lazygit pager, gpg ttl; pure prompt via promptinit, bun path fixes.
cleanup: archive yabai/skhd; add opencode + sonarqube-cli.
