What

Migrates the plugin to shepherd's board model and adds board management + a stats view.

Rename project scoping → board: --board, :ShepherdBoards/:ShepherdBoardsArchived, config.board.
board.lua — board switcher: switch / rename / archive / delete (dry-run confirm) + unarchive.
:ShepherdStats — opens the native charts. Uses the stats subcommand (shepherd 0.17.0 removed the --stats launch flag).
README swept project→board to match the code.

Notes

Lint (stylua + luacheck) green. Tests run in CI (busted not available locally).
Base for follow-up branches: archive-item action, board working dirs, watch live statusline, :ShepherdStats!.
