Matches shepherd#55 and the shepherd-www landing page.

assets/nvim-shepherd.svg: shepherd's >_ mark with a vim : in front (:>_), sage #9bd88f on ink #101311. Replaces the neon pixel-art nvim-shepherd.png, which is removed.
README intro describes shepherd as the site does: an agent-native task queue backed by plain markdown files.

Demo GIFs unchanged.
