Adds :ShepherdAgent, the Neovim side of shepherd agent (jwarykowski/shepherd#51, subtasks in #53).

  • :ShepherdAgent: pick an open item or subtask, hand it to a coding agent. :ShepherdAgent 3 / 3.2 / an item id hands that one off directly; any other argument filters the picker.
  • :ShepherdList gains an agent action on open items.
  • Inside herdr ($HERDR_ENV), shepherd creates a worktree and starts the agent in its own pane, so the call runs async with a notify and refreshes counts. Outside herdr the agent CLI needs a TTY, so it runs in the floating terminal.
  • Board-scoped like every other verb.
  • Pure helpers agent_argv and is_ref with specs (32 pass locally). README and CONTRIBUTING updated.

Needs a shepherd release that has shepherd agent; merge after shepherd#51 ships. The demo gif doesn't show the new command yet (vhs not installed here).

Closing: this calls shepherd agent from shepherd#51, which is closed. Once shepherd#61 lands, nvim-shepherd can call shepherd go <ref> instead.
