Brings .golangci.yml in line with shepherd and drover: misspell checks comments only, so identifiers, flags and env vars like lipgloss.Color and NO_COLOR are never changed, and skips serialize, normalize and color, which doc comments must spell as the Go name. Still 0 issues.

chore: spell-check comments only, as in the other repos ... 12678f8a1f

misspell now checks comments only (code keeps names like lipgloss.Color
and NO_COLOR) and skips Go names doc comments must spell as declared.
