Releases with GoReleaser, set up like drover's:

A v* tag runs .github/workflows/release.yml: binaries for macOS and Linux (amd64, arm64) on the GitHub release here, and a pull request on homebrew-tap with Formula/keybars.rb, which depends on cava.
keybars version prints the version GoReleaser passes in (-X main.buildVersion), else Go's build info as before.
README: brew install jwarykowski/tap/keybars first, and how releases work.

Before tagging v0.2.0, add a GH_RELEASE_TOKEN secret to this repo with write access to homebrew-tap (the same token drover uses works). goreleaser check passes; it warns that brews is being phased out, as it does for drover.
