Moves herdr-pomodoro to keybars Pro's Focus vocabulary:

Phases are work, break, or "" between rounds. A long break is break with "long": true.
Hooks are focus.started (a work round starts, including after an automatic break), focus.break, focus.done (a break ended and the timer waits) and focus.stopped.
pomodoro status -json prints {"phase","remaining","length"} as keybars-pro focus status -json does, so one reader handles both.
The Neovim module and spec follow the new phases.

This is a breaking change made outright, since nothing uses the plugin yet.

Tested: shellcheck, stylua, luacheck, busted (2 specs), and a smoke run of start, status -json, skip into a break, skip to between rounds, toggle and stop, checking the hooks fired in order.

Phases are work, break, or empty between rounds, with long on every
fourth break, and hooks are focus.started, focus.break, focus.done and
focus.stopped, as keybars Pro's Focus timer names them. pomodoro status
-json prints the timer as keybars-pro focus status -json does, so one
reader handles both.
