Folds herdr-gh and herdr-pomodoro into herdr-keybars, as one plugin.

  • bin/github is herdr-gh's reporter. $gh in the sidebar, and each change sent straight to keybars Pro as GitHub's event (notify -source github), so the marketplace's GitHub packs play it. Failing CI holds the workspace's number key red. There are no hooks or bridge any more.
  • Focus replaces herdr-pomodoro: focus, focus-start and focus-stop actions, $focus in the sidebar, and a herdr notification when a break starts and ends. That leaves one timer, keybars Pro's.
  • setup only installs github-ci-pack, review-nudges and merge-confetti. bin/bridge, the hook linking and remove-bridges are gone.
  • lib/herdr.sh is shared by every script: the commands and folders, config.env, starting and stopping a background process, and sidebar tokens. tests/lib.sh is the shared test harness.
  • Version 0.4.0. Config for pull requests is HERDR_KEYBARS_GH_*.

Lost from herdr-pomodoro: skip, long breaks every fourth round and auto-continue. keybars Pro's Focus has work and break only, and keybars-pro focus has no skip. Those would be additions to keybars Pro.

The README links to keybars.nvim, which exists once the repo is created.

Tested: make check, shellcheck and four tests:

  • watch_test, extended for break notifications;
  • github_test, new, running the real reporter against fake herdr, gh and keybars-pro through running, failed, changes requested, passed, approved and merged;
  • actions_test, new, for setup and focus;
  • mcp_test.

Config for pull requests is `HERDR_KEYBARS_GH_*`. herdr-gh's pull request reporter is bin/github: $gh in the sidebar, and
its changes sent to keybars Pro as GitHub's events, with failing CI on
the workspace's number key. keybars Pro's Focus is the pomodoro: focus,
focus-start and focus-stop actions, $focus in the sidebar, and a
notification when a break starts and ends. The bridge and its hooks go,
as the parts now talk inside one plugin, and setup only installs the
GitHub rule packs.

The scripts share lib/herdr.sh (the commands and folders, a background
process's start and stop, sidebar tokens) and the tests share
tests/lib.sh, with new tests for the reporter and the actions.
